Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Please know that I value both your time and mine. Once you book a service, I dedicate time to focus on the service and spend time in advance to prepare. This allows me to show up ready to give the best possible service. I understand emergencies happen and you might need to cancel or reschedule. If something should arise and you do need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule via ephiteo@emergedwellness.com or call 617-764-9592. For paid services, there's a full refund for cancellations made [30 days] in advance. To avoid being charged a cancellation fee, please make sure you contact us at least [48 hours] ahead of your scheduled service. We’ll have to charge a fee of 50% of what the service fee is, for cancellations requested within [2 weeks] of your appointment time. There is no refunds for cancellations made the week of service.
