It's completely normal to feel anxious during an election season. Emerged Wellness welcomes you to a safe space to practice meditation to help reduce some of the anxiety. This event provides a safe space for the community to come and learn general tips on how to deal with election anxiety and practice mindfulness meditation to help reduce anxiety. THIS IS NOT A SPACE TO DISCUSS POLITICAL BELIEFS, PARTIES, OR CANDIDATES.
