About the Event

This is a safe space for the community to come and learn general tips on how to deal with election anxiety and practice mindfulness meditation to help reduce anxiety. THIS IS NOT A SPACE TO DISCUSS POLITICAL BELIEFS, POLITICAL PARTIES, OR POLITICAL CANDIDATES. Seated meditation (in chairs) will take place, after a brief discussion on tips to help reduce election anxiety.
