Hello,
My name is Ephiteo Evans, but all my family and friends call me Teo (tay-oh). I was born and raised in Boston, MA and am a proud Roxbury native. I am a kind-hearted, patient, fun, and compassionate person with over 35 years of experience with youth and families, and over 15 years experience with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. My experience includes direct care, program management, staff and volunteer supervision, curriculum and program development.
My journey into mindfulness and meditation began with the recognition of my calm demeanor and voice, which inspired me to explore these practices further. After experiencing anxiety during the Covid pandemic, I found solace in meditation and have since become more present and spiritually mature. As a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher, I am dedicated to helping others find their path to peace, calm, and focus.
